Our company provides Surveying Services for a range of clients in various projects.
we work with high performance software that meets all the requirements of the Israel land administration, including the creation of maps in the MAT (available planning) procedure in the most optimal way.

Topographic & situational maps

A topographic map visually illustrates the reality in a particular space cell on an adapted scale. The map is created from measuring the details in the field using advanced measuring instruments, measuring the measurement, and computerized drawing.

For what this map is used?

Building permits

Legal approval is given by the local planning and construction committee. The building permit reflects the building rights as stipulated in the city building plans belonging to the same authority.

It is possible to determine in a sweeping way, except for exceptional cases, that any work on the land and building and any use of them requires a building permit, hence that surveying services are essential in the planning process.

One of the requirements in preparing a permit application file depends on the attachment of one original signed copy of a valid topographic map for the last 6 months.

Planning

A topographic/situational map serves as the architect’s main base when it comes to designing a particular space cell. In large space cells, the scale is reduced accordingly, along with the number of details to be surveyed. And vice versa, to plan in a plot to which a master plan for conservation applies, a normal survey will not necessarily suffice. The rule of thumb is that the task is derived from the goal.

In recent years the Planning Director has established a series of procedures for submitting plans online.

Programs for registration purposes

Land in which there is an intention to make boundary changes, requires the submission of a plan for registration purposes.

There are various cases in which an individual / developer will strive to prepare a report on a plot or several plots. The basis for such a decision stems from the desire to maximize the utilization of construction options in the same cell according to the relevant master plan provisions.

In some cases several heirs of one large plot, do not live in harmony with one space cell and a situation is created where a new division must be established with clear boundaries between each sub-plot. There are plenty of examples of the need for as accurate as possible and no less important, the sensitivity that must be given to cases that often reach the point of mental supervision.

In a conversation with the surveyor, all the possibilities for carrying out the plan will be raised. The surveyor will prepare a calculation file, edit the plan and submit it to the Israel Mapping Center in order to receive the right map for registration.
