Topographic & situational maps
A topographic map visually illustrates the reality in a particular space cell on an adapted scale. The map is created from measuring the details in the field using advanced measuring instruments, measuring the measurement, and computerized drawing.
For what this map is used?
Legal approval is given by the local planning and construction committee. The building permit reflects the building rights as stipulated in the city building plans belonging to the same authority.
It is possible to determine in a sweeping way, except for exceptional cases, that any work on the land and building and any use of them requires a building permit, hence that surveying services are essential in the planning process.
One of the requirements in preparing a permit application file depends on the attachment of one original signed copy of a valid topographic map for the last 6 months.
It should be noted that in some cases surveying services of the facades of the building will be required (for example in places where a plan for the preservation of buildings).
The relevant master plan examination according to the block/plot of the area cell will usually specify the type of survey required and its suitability for the customer’s needs.
After a clear conversation with the customer, we will strive to provide him primarily with what he needs and not necessarily what he wants. For example, the solution to a neighbor dispute on the border between them does not require the survey of an entire plot. It is enough to set the boundaries in the field to solve the problem.
